Start by navigating to “Businesses” and “Accounts” in the Partner Center. Create a Snapshot Report by selecting the appropriate business and initiating the report generation. Remember, you have a set number of free reports each month, with additional reports incurring a charge.
The report populates with data within 24 hours, and you can refresh it in the future for up-to-date insights. To send the report, use the email icon, customizing the subject and message to fit your prospect. Vendasta’s AI can even craft a unique email based on the report’s findings.
For customization, edit the report to select which sections and grades to display, update the video and voiceover language, or alter the report language. Add specific business keywords and competitor data for a comparative view, dragging and dropping sections to rearrange them, and toggling visibility as needed.
Edit section descriptions directly and choose which elements to display or hide. Review the report thoroughly before sending to ensure it addresses your prospect’s needs accurately.
