A new study finds people who live in Maryland feel the most burnt-out.
The study was conducted by the AI productivity platform Plus Docs. Researchers looked at keywords and phrases from Google related to burnout in both professional and personal lives. A total of 275 search terms were analyzed including work burnout, anxiety, stress and therapy.
With a rate of 380.7 searches per 100,000 people, Marylanders are the most burnt out. According to the research, there are 23,535 searches for burnout-related terms each month. Anxiety is the most common keyword, garnering more than 7,600 searches. Therapy is the second most commonly searched burnout-related term in Maryland with 6,600 searches monthly. Overall, both of those keywords are the first and second most popular keywords in every state.
