Tampa Bay promotes Josh Grizzard to offensive coordinator [Video]

TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted Josh Grizzard, an in-house candidate, to replace Liam Coen as offensive coordinator.

Grizzard spent his first season with the Buccaneers as the passing game coordinator. He also had significant input on 3rd downs, which ranked No. 1 in the NFL at a 51.11% conversion rate.

Before Tampa Bay, Grizzard spent seven seasons with the Miami Dolphins. During his time in Miami, Grizzard served as a quality control coach and wide receivers coach.

Prior to his time with the Dolphins, Grizzard worked as a graduate assistant/quality control coach for Duke University where he coached Daniel Jones.

Grizzard played football collegiately at Yale before shifting into a student coaching assistant role in 2012.
