What: “Town of Destiny,” an Ontario-focused ad campaign that leverages FanDuel’s “Kick of Destiny” Super Bowl campaign, while still adhering to the province’s regulations around advertising for online gambling. 

When & Where: The campaign is live now, with a focus on TV/OLV supported by OOH, digital and social. 

Why: FanDuel launched its Kick of Destiny Super Bowl promotion in 2023, offering members a chance to win prize money by betting on whether ex-NFL star Rob Gronkowski could make a 25-yard kick. Even though he missed in year one, Gronkowski was brought back for year two… and missed again. 

This year, FanDuel has replaced Gronk with the popular Manning brothers (Peyton and Eli).
