Consultant Not Converting Leads into Sales

A consultant came to me to help them get leads because their cold email strategy was no longer working for them. So, we created an INTENT-BASED MARKETING STRATEGY whereby we ran Google Ads layered with SEO (with the proper transactional keywords), brought those people into a landing page, they filled out a form, and they ended up in their CRM platform,
where we created a custom sales pipeline so we could track those leads through the sales cycle. However, the customer was having problems converting those leads into sales.

So, we reviewed their sales calls, their presentations, their proposals, and even recommended a change in their pricing model. And from there, they were able to CONVERT LEADS INTO SALES.
