Google’s algorithm is constantly updating, so if you see some fluctuations from small updates you shouldn’t panic.

Instead of looking for things to do or change right now, you should wait for the dust to settle.

Maintain consistency in your optimization steps to show Google everything is business as usual; changing things drastically can actually backfire in this situation.

So, unless someone you trust says you should panic after lots of analysis and insights, keep calm and keep on SEOing 😉

Hey Bradley what’s going on! I realized some of the reviews on my gbp listings have dropped lately and the ranking of my gbp listings have been fluctuating. And I’ve heard from some people that there’s currently a google algorithm update going on. Have you heard anything about the google algorithm update currently going on? And when there’s a google algorithm update, what would you suggest as the best course of action? For example, should we stop certain optimization steps during a google algorithm update such as stopping to post new reviews to the gbp listing during an update? Please advise. Thank you!
