How to Set up and edit a meeting rotation in HubSpot

Creating a Meeting Rotation:

1. Access your HubSpot account and locate the settings icon on the main navigation bar.
2. Navigate to Tools, then click Meetings in the left sidebar menu.
3. Select the “Meeting Rotations” tab and click on “Create a rotation.”
4. Name your rotation on the right side of the screen.
5. Add users or teams to the rotation by selecting them from the “Rotation members” dropdown menu. If teams are chosen, any changes to team membership will automatically update the rotation.

Editing a Meeting Rotation:

1. Open your HubSpot account and click on the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
2. Go to Tools and select Meetings in the left sidebar menu.
3. Find and click on the name of the rotation you wish to edit.
4. Temporarily remove a member from the rotation by toggling off their “Availability” if needed. Confirm this choice in the pop-up box. The member won’t be scheduled as the host until their availability is toggled back on.
5. Modify the rotation’s name or members by clicking “Edit rotation.” Make necessary changes on the right side of the screen.
