Although a HubSpot fanboy ever since 2011 (!), I have tried to deliver as transparant and candid an overview of the HubSpot platform in this video.

You’ll discover more about the HubSpot platform, which developed into an integrated platform supporting the entire customer journey in B2B. It now distinguishes several ‘hubs’: the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub.

Having started as a MAP (Marketing Automation Platform), HubSpot then integrated CRM and Customer Success as part of its Flywheel Concept: changing the former linear process into a more circular approach.
