Website Management for Beginners: Increase Traffic or Improve the Conversion Rate? [Video]

In this quick overview I explain my preference between more traffic or a higher conversion rate when it comes to managing websites and applications. In my opinion, one of them is substantially better than the other and I’d make the same choice every time.
